IN THE MATTER OF: Approving the Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance
Agreement for subdivision SD21-09581 (APN 180-240-002), for a project being developed by TH Walnut
Estates, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Walnut Creek area. (District IV)
WHEREAS the Public Works Director has recommended that he be authorized to execute the Stormwater
Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement with TH Walnut Estates, LLC, as required by
Conditions of Approval for subdivision SD21-09581. This agreement would ensure the operation and
maintenance of the stormwater facilities in accordance with the approved Stormwater Control Plan and
approved Operation and Maintenance Plan for subdivision SD21-09581, which is located at 3180 Walnut
Blvd., in the Walnut Creek area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the recommendation of the Public Works Director is
APPROVED.
