ABSTAIN: Supervisorial District I
SUBJECT: Prohibit stopping, standing, or parking at all times on a segment of Garden Road
(Road No. 1375AM), El Sobrante area.
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that:
Based on recommendations by the County Public Works Department's Transportation Engineering
Division, and pursuant to County Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 - 46-2.012, the following
traffic regulation is established:
Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code, stopping, standing, or parking is
hereby declared to be prohibited at all times on the south side of Garden Road (Road No.
1375AM), beginning at 147 feet west of the west curb line prolongation of Appian Way
(Road No. 1271) and extending westerly a distance of 30 feet, El Sobrante area.
