The Board of Supervisors as the Governing Body of Contra Costa County Flood
Control and Water Conservation District RESOLVES UIAT:
Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District acquired
the real property for the Marsh Creek Channel by Grant Deeds recorded in Book 4945 at
page 494 on September 2, 1965 and Book 5858 at page 379 on April 22, 1969 for flood
control purposes. The County has requested an easement for a bridge crossing over the
property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. This Board FINDS that the
conveyance of such easement is in the public interest and will not substantially
conflict or interfere with the District's use of the property.
This Board hereby APPROVES and AUIIKI2IZFS the conveyance of an easement to
Contra Costa County, over said property pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.6
and the Board Chair is hereby ALMKIM® to execute a Grant of Easement on behalf of
the District.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said Grant of Easement to be
delivered to the grantee.
CEQA requirements have been complied with and General Plan conformity
determined during the approval process for Subdivision 5946.

EXHIBIT "A"
That portion of the County of Contra Costa, State of California, described
as follows:
A portion of the Marsh Creek Channel granted to Contra Costa County Flood
Control and Water Conservation District by the deeds recorded November 6,
1964, in Book 4738 of Official Records at page 474, and September 8, 1965,
in Book 4948 of Official Records at page 138, and September 23, 1964, in
Book 4708 of Official Records at page 139, being more particularly described
as follows:
A strip of land 60 feet in width, measured at right angles, lying equally on
both sides of the following described centerline:
Beginning at the southwestern corner of Lot 18 of Subdivision 4922 filed
December 9, 1977, in Book 205 of maps at page 5; thence along westerly
prolongation of the south line of Lot 18, N 890 28' 06" W 126.87 feet.
The sidelines of the aforementioned 60 foot wide strip are to be shortened
or lengthened so as to terminate at the boundary lines of the above
referenced Marsh Creek Channel.
