explaining his reasons for voting in favor of the
proposed Kirker Pass Sanitary Landfill Site.

3. 2 Letter dated August 25, 1987 from John D. Meakin, Mayor,
City of San Ramon, 2222 Camino Ramon, San Ramon 94583,
advising that the Task Force (representatives of the
Alamo, Danville and San Ramon communities) opposes the
recommendations of the County appointed Landfill Siting
Task Force regarding the Tassajara, Big Canyon and East
County sites, and commenting on other solid waste
management issues.
