THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on March 6, 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers , Schroder, Torlakson and Fanden
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor McPeak
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 90/134
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 6769, Martinez
Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that
the improvements in Subdivision 6769 have been completed as
provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Hidden Pond Partners
heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing
of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
improvements have been ACCEPTED as complete as of February 1,
1990 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the
filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision
Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $2 , 200 cash deposit
Auditor' s Deposit Permit No. 142950, dated July 11, 1988) made
by C.K. Capital Management Corporation be RETAINED for one year
pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4 . 406 of the Ordinance
Code.
I hereby certify that this is a Trus and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the dateshown.
