This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act
(Gov. C. §§ 56000-57550) .
This proposal is for annexation of the subject territory
to County Service Area L-100, and the purpose of the proposed
change of organization is to allow efficient provision of lighting
service to the subject territory. The exterior boundaries of the
subject territory are as described in Exhibit A hereto .
The terms and conditions for the proposal, as specified by
the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that:
The boundaries of the annexation be as described in
Exhibit A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded
indebtedness of County Service Area L-100. The regular county
assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes and
assessments in the subject territory.
After public hearing on this proposal, this Board hereby
approves and orders this proposal, subject to the aforestated
terms and conditions.

Beginning on the southerly line of the tract of land shown on the Map of
Subdivision 5322, filed August 29, 1978 Map Book 216, Page 48, Contra Costa
County Records, at the northeast corner of the parcel of land described in the
deed to Contra Costa County, recorded June 14, 1978, in Book 8878 Official
Records, Page 864; thence from said point of beginning, along the general
southerly line of said Subdivision 5322 as follows:
North 81°50'38" East, 126.43 feet; South 37°05'14" East, 26.82 to the true point
of beginning; thence North 78027116" East, 263.15 feet; thence 500°03'04" East,
147.11 feet; thence South 89033151" East, continuing along said southerly line
and along the South line of the parcel of land described in the deed to Otto
