RESOLUTION NO. 90/ 575
SUBJECT: ADOPTION OF FINAL BUDGET SCHEDULES, 1990-91
WHEREAS the State of California was delinquent in adopting their
1990-91 budget;
AND WHEREAS this delay caused delays in preparing the Contra Costa
County Final Budget Schedules;
AND WHEREAS Government Code section 29088, as amended this year by SB
2070, authorizes counties to extend the time period for adopting the
1990-91 Final Budget Schedules;
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that the Contra Costa Board of
Supervisors has determined to extend the time period for adopting the
1990-91 Final Budget Schedules to the full extent allowed by said
Government Code section 29088.
I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
