THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on August 14, 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Fanden
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: ' None RESOLUTION NO. 90/541
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision MS 63-81, Martinez
Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the
improvements in Subdivision MS 63-81 have been completed as provided
in the Subdivision Agreement with Jerome M. Cusick, Jr. heretofore
approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Sub-
division Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of July 27, 1990 thereby establishing the six-month
terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said
Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no one year warranty period
required, and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the
1, 000 cash security for performance (Auditor's Deposit Permit
No. 137136, dated March 9, 1988) plus interest in accordance with
Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to Jerome M. Cusick,
Jr. pursuant to the requirements of the Ordinance Code.

an action taken and entered on the minutes at the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
