RESOLUTION NO. 90/515
SUBJECT: Resolution ordering improvement and annexing Subdivision
6769 and APN'S 365-160-004 and 365-170-017 as Zone 19 (Hidden Pond
Road) to the County Landscaping and Lighting District AD 1979-3
LL-2) in the Martinez Area.
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that:
On this date the Board ADOPTED its Resolution Initiating
Proceedings for the annexation of Subdivision 6769 and APN'S 365-
160-004 and 365-170-017 as Zone 19 (Hidden Pond Road) to the County
Landscaping and Lighting District AD 1979-3 (LL-2) and DIRECTED the
preparation and filing of an Engineer's Report on the proposed
annexation.
The Engineer for the proceedings has filed an Engineer's
Report with the Clerk of the Board.
Owners of all land within the boundaries of Subdivision 6769
and APN'S 365-160-004 and 365-170-017 have filed their consent for
annexation to Zone 19 without notice or hearing, and to the
adoption of the Engineer's Report and the levy of assessments
stated therein.
The Board hereby ORDERS the improvements and the annexation of
Subdivision 6769 and APN'S 365-160-004 and 365-170-017 as Zone 19
as described in the Resolution Initiating Proceedings and in the
Engineer's Report.
The Board hereby CONFIRMS the assessment diagram and
assessment contained in the Engineer's Report, and LEVIES the
assessment for the fiscal year 1990-1991.
I hereby certify that itis Is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors onrythe date shown.
