ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 90/503
SUBJECT: Acceptance of Offer of Dedication in connection with the
offsite road improvements for Subdivision 7110, Walnut
Creek area.
The Public Works Director having reported that on July 10, 1990,
the Board accepted for recording only, an Offer of Dedication from
Higher Heights Christian School for a portion of Arbolado Drive and
Northgate Road in connection with the offsite road improvements for
Subdivision 7110, in the Walnut Creek area.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors hereby
ACCEPTS all that real property described in the offer of dedication
recorded on June, 12, 1990, in Volume 15981 of Official Records on
page 457.
I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of
an action taken ano entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
