HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 11061990 - 90/732File: 125-8601(S) /B.4 . 1 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on November 6, 1990, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Fanden NOES: None ABSENT: None RESOLUTION N0. 90/732 SUBJECT: Approving Plans and Specifications for5oftball Field at MonTaraBay Community Center, 2250 Tara Hills Drive, Pinole Area for ' ounty Service Area M-17 Budget Line Item 'No. 7489-4844 Authorization No. 0929-WH844F WHEREAS Plans and Specifications for Softball Field at MonTaraBay Community Center, 2250 Tara Hills Drive, Pinole Area for County Service Area M-17, have been filed with the Board this day by the Director of General Services; and WHEREAS Plans and Specifications were prepared by Ralph J. Alexander & Associates; and WHEREAS the Consultant's cost estimate for the initial construction contract is $330,000 .00; and WHEREAS the Board has obtained the general prevailing rates of wages, " which shall be the minimum rates paid on this project; and WHEREAS the Board on April 24, 1990, certified the Environmental Impact Report as being complete and adequate according to CEQA requirements; IT IS BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that said Plans and' Specifications are hereby APPROVED. Bids for this work will be received on December 6, 1990 at 2 :00 p.m. , and the Clerk of this Board is directed to publish a Notice to Contractors in accordance with Section 20125 of the Public Contract Code, inviting bids for said work, said Notice to be published in the Concord Transcript 1 hereby certify that tris is a true end correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
