THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on October 2, 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, McPeak, Torlakson and Fanden

ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 90/649
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads
as County Roads, Subdivision 7250, Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the
improvements in Subdivision 7250 have been completed as provided in
the Subdivision Agreement with Ralph Garrow, Incorporated hereto-
fore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the
Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of September 6, 1990 thereby establishing the
six-month terminalperiod for the filing of liens 'in case of action
under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described roads,
as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivi-
sion 7250 filed January 22, 1990, in Book 341 of Maps at page 23,
Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California,
are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County Roads.

and DECLARED to be a County Road.

by Garrow and Cardinale Construction Company be iRETAINED for one
year pursuant to the requirements of Section ' 94-4.406 of the
Ordinance Code.
