1. Introductions
2. Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to three minutes).
3. Recommend the appointment of Deborah McGrath to At-Large Seat #2 on the Family and Children's Trust Committee for a term expiring on
September 30. 2016 and forward the recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
Approved recommendation and directed staff to forward to Board of Supervisors for final appointment.
4. RECOMMEND to the Board of Supervisors the approval of the staff recommendations as discussed in the attached report.
Accepted report, approved recommendation and directed staff to forward to Board of Supervisors.
5. Accept the annual update on forward the information to the Board of Supervisors for acceptance.

6. Consider accepting the report from the Employment and Human Services Department on the Community Services Bureau and Head Start Programs
and forward the information to the Board of Supervisors.
