Glover, Chair Candace Andersen, Vice Chair 1. Introductions 2. Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to three minutes). 3. APPROVED the staff recommendation for the appointment of Juliana Boyle to At-Large Seat No. 3 and Ronald Tervelt to At-Large Seat No. 8 on the Advisory Council on Aging for terms expiring on September 30, 2015 and forward recommendations to the Board of Supervisors for approval. 4. RECOMMEND to the Board of Supervisors the appointment of Chris Shrader to the Emergency Medical Care Committee to fill Seat C-2 - Air Medical Transportation Provider as recommended by the Emergency Medical Care Committee. APPROVED the staff recommendation for the appointment of Chris Shrader to the Emergency Medical Care Committee (EMCC) to fill Seat C-2 - Air Medical Transportation Provider for the term expiring on September 30, 2014 and forward recommendations to the Board of Supervisors for approval 5. Accept the reports provided on the Continuum of Care Plan for the Homeless and the Healthcare for the Homeless. ACCEPTED reports from the Health Services Department regarding the Continuum of Care for the Homeless and the Healthcare for the Homeless and forwarding the reports to the Board of Supervisors. 6.
