This record was prepared pursuant to the Better Government Ordinance 95-6, Article 25-205 (d) of the Contra Costa County Ordinance Code. Any handouts or printed copies of testimony distributed at the meeting will be attached to this meeting record. (John Cunningham, Department of Conservation and Development). 5.RECEIVE the Report on PG&E Coordination with Cities and Contra Costa County for Street Light Maintenance and APPROVE the 2018 Letter of Understanding (LOU) for the maintenance of PG&E streetlights in Contra Costa County and MONITOR its implimentation by PG&E. (Rochelle Johnson, Department of Public Works) 6.CONSIDER the MRP 2.0 Implementation Plan and FORWARD the Implementation Plan to the full Board of Supervisors for consideration and approval. (Tim Jensen, Department of Public Works) 7.ACCEPT the Capital Road Improvement and Preservation Program (CRIPP) for fiscal year 2018/2019 to 2024/2025 and RECOMMEND the Board of Supervisors fix a public hearing for approval of the CRIPP. (Nancy Wein, Department of Public Works) 8.CONSIDER the proposed Caltrans Sustainability Transportation Planning grant for the Short-term Active Transportation Infrastructure Plan, REVISE as appropriate, FORWARD to the full Board of Supervisors for approval, and/or DIRECT staff as appropriate.
