HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 05151990 - 90/307File: 250-8728/B. 4.1 1. 0so THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order of May 15, 1990, by the following vote: AYES:Supervisors Powers , Schroder , McPeak, Torlakson & Fanden NOES:None ABSENT: None RESOLUTION NO. 90/307 SUBJECT:Approving Plans and Specifications for Remodeling at 725 Court Street, Martinez Budget Line Item No. 0122-4219 Authorization No. 0925-WH219B WHEREAS Plans and Specifications for Remodeling at 725 Court Street, Martinez, have been filed with the Board this day 'I by the Director of General Services; and WHEREAS Plans and Specifications were prepared by Armas Sootaru, Architect; and WHEREAS the Consultant' s cost estimate for the ,initial construction contract is $225 ,000. 00; and WHEREAS the Board has obtained the general prevailing dates of wages, which shall be the minimum rates paid on this project; and WHEREAS the Board hereby finds that the project is exempt from Environmental Impact Report requirements as a Class 1a Categorical Exemption under County Guidelines and directs the Director of General Services to file a Notice Iof Exemption with the County Clerk; IT IS BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that said Plans and Specifications are hereby APPROVED. Bids for this work will be received on June 14, 1990 at 2: 00 p.m. , and the Clerk of this Board is directed to publish a' Notice to Contractors in accordance with Section 20125 of the Public Contract Code, inviting bids for said work, said Notice to be published in the Concord Transcript I hereby certify that this is a true and correct Copy Iof an action taken ano entered on the minUtea of dw Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
