RESOLUTION NO.90/282
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision MS 76-84, Oakley
Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the
improvements required by the Deferred Improvement Agreement for
Subdivision MS 76-84 have been completed;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in the
above-named development have been COMPLETED as of May 8, 1990, thereby
establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens.
I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
