HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 04031990 - 90/196Recorded at the request of: Contra Costa County Return to: Public works Department Records Section THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on April 3, 1990 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson & Fanden NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO-90/196 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads, Subdivision 6392, West Pittsburg Area. The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 6392 (includes improvements for DP 3046-86) have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Woodhill Development Company heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. The Public Works Department having also notified this Board that these improvements have been completed with the exception of minor deficiencies, for which a $3, 600 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 150127, dated December 23, 1988) was made by Signature. Properties Incorporated to insure application of reclamite. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of February 15, 1990 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY March 27, 1984 Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland Bond No. 9718801 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final map of Subdivision 6392 filed April 9, 1984, in Book 278 of Maps at page 6, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County Roads. Road Name Road/Right of Way Widths Lengths (Miles) Summerfield Dr. 361/56 '02 miles Canal Road Varies (Widening) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no one year warranty period required, and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $5, 600 cash security for performance (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 76631, dated March 20, 1984) plus interest in accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to Woodhill Development Company pursuant to the requirements of the Ordinance Code.
