Coordinating budget and cost report preparation with the Division's Ccst Center Managers and the Department's Central Accounting and Fianoe staff and representing the Division and the Division Director in related fiscal matters.. 10% 3. Review and approve for the Division: a. Monthly expenditures (L-3 RegAsitions and.Work Orders, Contract D-15 payment Demands, EhPloyee Reixrbxrsenent Dema, etc.); b. Funding and Qmtract Requests from Cast Center Mmagers; and C. Program Chief requests for orgnizatiaal djanges, including staffing pat_ terns, Organization Qnrts, and new cast centers. Develop, manage, and Oversee the Division's various management information systems for data collection and reporting, including the billing system, WAP system, reimrbu^semmt clai ming/reve mn collection system, and State-required statistics (e,g., Client Data System) 10% 5.
