Caller 1 claimed that the Lesher Center was given millions of dollars to resettle refugees, said Supervisor Gioia sneaks items onto the
consent agenda in order to more easily lie about them, called the Chair of the Board a liar and racist, and states the Board is not meeting
it's fiduciary responsibilites.
