HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 11091982 - 82/13411/ - t' I L/ / THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS !Of CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on November 16 1982 , by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers, Fahden, Torlakson and Schroder NOES: ABSENT: Supervisor McPeak ABSTAIN: SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map ) and Subdivisioi Agreement ) for Subdivision 5371, ) RESOLUTION NO. 82/1341 Orinda Area. ) ____________ ) The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: The Final Map of Subdivision 5371, property located in the Orinda area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; A Subdivision .~greement with Hamilton-Garnick-Haas Properties, subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one yea1r from the date of said agreement; Said documents were accompanied by the following: Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: a. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 58395, dated November 5, 1982 ) in the amount of $1,000 made by Hamilton-Garnick-Haas Properties. b. J\dditional security in the form of: l\ corporate surety bond dated November 9, 1982, and issued by United Pacific Insurance Company (Bond No. U367334) with Hamilton-Garnick-Haas Properties as principal, in the amount of $53,300 for faithful performance and $27,150 for labor and materials. Letter from the Coun~y Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1982-83 tax lien has been paid in full. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and spe,cific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
