Sec. 8335) The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This vacation is made pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8334. A portion of the County right of way for Pacheco Boulevard, in the Vine Hill area, is excess and not needed for present or future road purposes. When vacated, it will not prohibit access to any property which adjoins the road. For a descriptidn of the portion to be vacated, see Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. This Board hereby FINDS that the proposed vacation will not have a significant effect on the environment, and that: It has been determined to be categorically exempt under State guidelines Section 15112 in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act. The project will not have a significant effect on the environ- ment since it will not create any changes. The Planning Department having made its General Plan report concerning this proposed vacation and this Board having considered the General Plan, it finds pursuant to Government Code Sec. 65402{a) that In accordance with its Resolution No. 81/522 this vacation is of a minor nature. This Board declares that the hereinabove described proposed vacation area is HEREBY ORDERED VACATED subject to any reservation and exception described in attached Exhibit "A". From and after the date this Resolution is recorded, the portion vacated no longer constitutes a highway. This vacation is made under the Streets and Highways Code, Chapt~· 4, Section 8330 et seq. This is not required for street or highway purposes. RESOLUTION NO . 82/1260 '. The Public Works Director shall file with the County Clerk a Notice of Exemption concerning this vacation. ( Grantor: Contra Costa County Abandonment 111860 EXHIBRT "A" RIGHT OF WAY ABANDONMENT ( Portions of the "County Road leading from Martinez to Pacheco", the centerline of which is described in the indenture by and between the Pacific Land Improvement Company and the Atchision, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company, recorded April 15, 19011, in Book 105 of Deeds, at page 124, records of Contra Costa County, California, described as foUows: Commencing on said centerline of said "County Road" (105 D 124) at the most easterly corner of said Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company parcel (105 D 124); thence, from said point of commencement, along the southeasterly line of said Railway Company parcel (105 D Jl24) south 31° 12' 40" west, 33.12 feet to the southwesterli line of said "County Road" (105 D 124) thence, along said southwesterly line north 63 42' 20" west, 5.42 feet to the true point of beginning of the hereinafter described parcel of land; thence, from said true point of beginning; continuing along said southwesterly line as follows: 6'1orth 63° 42' 20" west, 157.66 feet; north 46° 42' 20" west, 104.54 feet and north 37 42' 20" west, 11.69 feet to a point of cusp from which a radial line of a non-tangent curve concave to the southwest, having a radius of 1958.00 feet, bears south 29° 55' 25" west; thence leaving said southwesterly line, southeasterly along said curve, through a central a~le of 7° 32' 25", an arc distance of 257.68 feet; thence tangent to said curve south 52 32' 10" east, 13.03 feet to the true point of beginning.
