RESOLUTION NO. 82/1251
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improve-
ments in Subdivision 4825 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision
Agreement with heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing
of the Subdivision Map; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing of
liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described road(s), as
shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 4825 filed

County, State of California, (is/are) ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be (a) County
Road(s).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Las Quebradas 0.12 mi.
is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road; the right of way was dedicated
for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 4434 filed June 1, 1976 in Book
185 of Maps at page 8, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California.
The two Las Quebradas widening acceptances total 36/56, 0.12 mi. along the contiguous
portions of Subdivisions 4434 and 4825.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $500 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit
Permit No. 134657, dated March 30, 1976) made by Peter & Violet Ostrosky be
RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the
Ordinance Code.
