None. ABSENT: None. ABSTAIN: SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map ) and Subdivision Agreement ) RESOLUTION NO. 82/375 for Subdivision 5709, ) San Ramon Area. ) ___________ ) The following document (s ) (was/were) presented for Board approval this date: The Final Map of Subdivision 5709, property located in the San Ramon area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; A subdivision agreement with Tangerine Court Associates, subdivider, wherein said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required i n said subdivision agreement within one year from the date of said agreemen t ; Said document(s) (was/were) accompanied by the following: Security to guarant1:!e the completion of road and street improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: a. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 49603, dated March 1, 1982) in the amount of $1000 9 made by Tangerine Court Associates. b. Additional security in the form of: A letter of credit dated February 23, 1982, issued by Ampex Employees Federal Credit Union with Tangerine Court Associates as principal, in the amount of $49,300 for faithful performance and $25,150 for labor and materials. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1981-82 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1982-83 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of March, 1982, is estimated to be $750; Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, in the form of: Cash deposit (Auditor's Permit No. 49785, dated March 5, 1982) in the amount of $750, made by Tangerine Court Associates. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
