RESOLUTION NO. 82/277
The following document(s ) {was/were ) presented for Board approval
this date:
The Parcel Map of Subdivision MS 124-80, property located in the Orinda
area, said map having been certified by the proper officials;
A subdivision agreement with Wyro Investment, Inc., & Theodore S. &
Lida B. Urban subdivider, wherein said subdivider agrees to complete al 1 improvements
as required in said subdivision agreement within one year from the date of said
agreement;
Said document(s) (was/were) accompanied by the following:
Security to guarantee the completion of road and street improvements
as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows:
a. Cash bond (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 48029, dated January
8, 1982) in t he amount of $1,000, deposited by Wyro Investment, Inc. & Theodore
S. & Lida B. Urban.
b. Additional security in the form of:
A letter of credit dated January 14, 1982, issued by Bank of America
(No. 106312) with Wyro Investment, Inc. and Theodore S. & Lida B. Urban as
principal, in the amount of $46,000 for faithful performance and $23,500 for
labor and materials.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with
the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the County's
general and specific plans;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED and this Board
does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths,
or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
APPROVED.
BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED that said subdivision agreement is also
