The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County
RESOLVES THAT:
Having received a report and recommendation from the
Public Works Director that the project approval by this Board
is necessary for Ayers Road Bike/Pedestrian Path Project prior
to consideration by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission
for Transportation Development Act funding for Fiscal Year 1982-83,
the BOARD hereby:

FINDS said project will not have a significant
effect on the environment, and that it has reviewed
and considered the Negative Declaration together
with any comments received during the public
review process (all on file with it}, and approves
its adequacy for California Environmental Quality
Act purposes.
CONCURS with the Planning Commission's determination
that said project is exempt from Section 65402
of· the Government Code (Mandatory Referral for
General P l an Conformance}.
APPROVES said project, as submitted by the Public
Works Director to the Municipal Transportation
Commission on January 5, 1982 as authorized by
Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 82/2.
-DIRECTS the Public Works Director to send a copy
of this resolution to the Metropolitan Transportation
Commission as an accompaniment to this project
application.
