This is in response to your request for further information
regarding changing LVN position 1154-01124 into a therapist aide
position.
This new therapist aide position will be in the George Miller West
Nursery. She or he will work with other therapist aides, LVNs, and
an R.N. in observing, teaching, and supervising client program activi-
ties. This includes toileting, feeding, self-care, behavioral manage-
ment evaluation, counseling, etc. of children three years old and
younger. They may work on gross or fine motor skills therapy, communi-
cations skills, or other activities under the direction of the super-
visor or occupational therapist. They are also responsible for record
keeping and client charting.
