SUBJECT: Resolution and Notice of Intention
to Convey Real Property to the
Town of Danville
Assessor' s Parcel No. 208-026-002

The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County
RESOLVES THAT:
This Board intends to convey to the Town of Danville,
County owned real property described in the attached Notice for
$15, 464 . 0.0.
The property is not required for County use and the
sale price is market value of said property.
This Board hereby sets Tuesday, December 15, 1987 at
9: 00 a.m. in the Board's Chambers in the County Administration
Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, as the time and
place it will meet to consummate this conveyance by a four-fifths
vote.
The Clerk of this Board is hereby DIRECTED to have the
attached Notice published one time, at least one week preceding
the date set for hearing in a newspaper of general circulation
(pursuant to Government Code Section 6061) .
