MICHAEL WALFORD, CHIEF ENGINEER DATE: December 1, 1987 SUBJECT: San Ramon Creek Bypass Phase II Project No. : 7520-6B8637 Task: ACQ Account: 3540 SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. Recommended Action: APPROVE Right of Way Contract dated July 14 , 1987 from the City of Walnut Creek in conjunction with a Grant of Easement from the City of Walnut Creek to Central Contra Costa Sanitary District. AUTHORIZE Chief Engineer to execute said right of Way contract on behalf of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. APPROVE payment of $1, 000. 00 for said property rights and AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue a check in said amount payable to City of Walnut Creek, to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery. Reasons for Recommendations: These property rights are required for the relocation of sewer facilities for the San Ramon Creek Bypass project in accordance with approved plans and specifications. IV.
