Recommended Action: APPROVE Relocation Assistance Claim dated November 5, 1987 from Richard and Paula M. Kerr. AUTHORIZE County Principal Real Property Agent to sign said Claim on behalf of the District. APPROVE payment of $2 ,300.00 for said relocation assistance obligation and AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue a check in said amount payable to Richard and Paula M. Kerr, to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery. II. Financial Impact: Payment of $2, 300. 00 from Drainage Area 56 funds.
