SUBJECT; Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be
held in accordance with the parameters as set forth in the
attached announcement.
At 1: 30 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session in
Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez. The following Board members attended the closed
session:
Supervisor Sunne W. McPeak, Chair
Supervisor Tom Powers
Supervisor Nancy C. Fanden
Supervisor Robert I . Schroder
Supervisor Tom Torlakson
At 3 : 00 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda„
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - December 15, 1987
(Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities)
A-1. This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal.
B-1. This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956. 9 , subdivision:
(b) Significant exposure to litigation.
(c) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation.
C-1. This Board will hold a closed session concerning litigation
pursuant to Government Code § 54956.9 , subdivision (a) :
1. Rodell Shirley v. County of Contra Costa, et al .
2 . Plowman, et al, v. Contra Costa County, et al.
3. Delta Coves v. County of Contra Costa, et al .
4 . City of Antioch, et al. , v. C.C.C. , et al.
