SUBJECT: Disposal of Surplus Defibrillator
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I . RECOMMENDATION:
Declare as surplus and authorize the Purchasing Services
Officer to dispose of a defibrillator from the Moraga Fire
District, as specifically set forth below.
II. BACKGROUND:
Section 1108-2. 212 of the County Ordinance code authorizes the
Purchasing Agent to dispose of any personal property belonging
to the County and found by the Board not to be further required
for public use. The item below is obsolete, worn out or beyond
economical repair and is appropriate for disposal:
One defibrillator
