D.2 CONSIDER adopting Resolution No. 2017/404 to ratify the County Administrator's proclamation of local emergency arising out of the damage caused in this County by the series of rainstorms in January 2017; and DETERMINE whether an additional proclamation or other actions are necessary to address a continuing local emergency. Persons who wish the Board should complete the form provided for that purpose and furnish a copy of any written to the Clerk. Any disclosable public records related to an open session item on a regular meeting agenda and by the Clerk of the Board to a majority of the members of the Board of Supervisors less than 72 prior to that meeting are available for public inspection at 651 Pine Street, First Floor, Room 10 Martinez, CA 94553, during normal business hours.
