HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12152015 - C.64RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #27-689-5 with East Bay Medical Oncology/Hematology Medical Associates, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $6,500,000, to provide Hematology/Oncology services to Contra Costa Health Plan (CCHP) members for the period from December 1, 2015 through November 30, 2017. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% Contra Costa Health Plan Enterprise Fund II. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On January 14, 2014, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #27-689-4 with East Bay Medical Oncology/Hematology Medical Associates, Inc. for the provision of professional Hematology/Oncology services to CCHP members, for the period from December 1, 2013 through November 30, 2015. Approval of Contract #27-689-5 will allow Contractor to continue providing Hematology/Oncology services through November 30, 2017.
