HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12152015 - C.41RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #27-420-6 with Monica L.Wood (dba Pinnacle Mental Wellness Group), an individual, in an amount not to exceed $150,000 to provide outpatient psychotherapy services to Contra Costa Health Plan (CCHP) members for the period from January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2017. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Contra Costa Health Plan Enterprise Fund II (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: In February 2014, the County Administrator approved and the Purchasing Services Manager executed Contract #27-420-5 with Monica Wood, MFT, for the provision of outpatient psychotherapy services to CCHP members for the period from January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2015. Approval of Contract #27-420-6 will allow the contractor to continue providing outpatient psychotherapy services, through December 31, 2017.
