FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: At the end of Summer 2015, a Capital Improvement Project enhancing the frontage of Pacheco Boulevard was completed. Since that time, the Public Works Department has received multiple complaints from residents on Goree Court that there was limited sightlines for motorists entering Pacheco Boulevard from Goree Court. In response, an investigation was conducted in October 2015. Sightlines were measured and found to be limited based on current highway design standards. It was concluded that restricting parking on the northeast corner of the intersection would improve sightlines and traffic safety.
