HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 11032015 - C.68RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #27-328-8 with Cuong Tat Vu, M.D., Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $250,000, to provide primary care services to Contra Costa Health Plan members for the period from October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2017. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% Contra Costa Health Plan Enterprise Fund II. (No Rate increase) BACKGROUND: The Health Plan has an obligation to provide certain specialized health care services for its members under the terms of their Individual and Group Health Plan membership contracts with the County. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this contract is not approved, certain specialized professional health care services for its members under the terms of their Individual and Group Health Plan membership contracts with the County will not be provided.
