RESOLUTION NO. 87/737 SUBJECT :_ In the Matter of Supplement No . 62 to County-State Master Agreement No . 04- 5928 , Appian Way Widenin , Phase 2 , E1 Sobrante Area . State Project No . MA764(3� , County Project No . 0662-6R4288-84 . WHEREAS , a County-State Master Agreement No . 04-5928 for Federal Aid projects has been approved by the Board on June 21 , 1977 ; and the PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR having recommended Program Supplement No . 62 , which provides $ 289 ,574 .00 in Federal and State funds for the acquisition of right of way required for the Appian Way Widening project , Phase 2 , in the E1 Sobrante area , be approved .
