HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10132015 - C.03RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/375 declaring Enderby Street a County road for road acceptance RA11-01247 (cross-reference subdivision SD05-09037), for a project developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Danville area. (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The developer has completed the public improvements per the Road Improvement Agreement and in accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The public improvements for Enderby Street will not be declared a County road and Enderby Street will remain a private road.
