HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10062015 - C.86RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #74-271-65(9) with Judith Jean McIntyre, MFT, an individual, in an amount not to exceed $120,000, to provide Medi-Cal specialty mental health services for the period from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 50% Federal Medi-Cal; 50% State General Fund. (Rate increase) BACKGROUND: In August 2013, County Administrator approved and Purchasing Services Manager executed Contract #74-271-65(6) [as amended by Contract Amendments #74-271-65(7) and #74-271-65(8)] with Judith McIntyre, MFT for the provision of Medi-Cal specialty mental health services, for the period from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015.
