HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09152015 - C.78RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #27-277-18 with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., a non-profit corporation, in an amount not to exceed $150,000,000, for the provision of health care services for Medi-Cal recipients enrolled in the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, for the period from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% Contra Costa Health Plan Enterprise Fund II. (Rate increase) BACKGROUND: On April 29, 2014, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #27-277-14 (as amended by Contract Amendment/Extension Agreement #27-277-15, #27-277-16, and #27-277-17) with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., for the provision of health care services for Medi-Cal recipients enrolled in the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, for the period from January 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015.
