HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07282015 - C.08RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/261 accepting completion of improvements for subdivision SD05-08769, for a project developed by Laurel Place Limited Partnership, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Concord area. (District IV) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to County funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit. BACKGROUND: The developer has completed the improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The completion of improvements will not be accepted.
