HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07282015 - C.07RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/253 approving the ninth extension of the Subdivision Agreement for subdivision SD87-06844, for a project being developed by California Pacific Bank, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Lafayette area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The terminal date of the Subdivision Agreement needs to be extended. (Approximately 6% of the work has been completed to date.) The developer has not completed the required improvements and has requested more time. By granting an extension, the County will give the developer more time to complete the improvements and keep the bond current. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The terminal date of the Subdivision Agreement will not be extended and the developer will be in default of the agreement, requiring the County to take legal action against the developer and surety to get the improvements installed, or revert the development to acreage.
