Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract
#23-548-3 with Intratek Computer, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $300,000, to provide
contract-to-hire and/or direct placement recruitment services for Health Services Department’s Information Systems
Unit for the period from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This Contract is funded 100% by Hospital Enterprise Fund I. (No rate increase)
BACKGROUND:
On June 24, 2014, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #23-548-2 with Intratek Computer, Inc. for the
provision of contract-to-hire and/or direct placement candidates for hard to fill positions in the Health Services
Department’s Information Systems Unit, for the period from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. Approval of
Contract #23-548-3 will allow Contractor to continue providing contract-to-hire and direct placement candidates
through June 30, 2016.
