HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07212015 - C.67RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #26-350-15 with Merritt, Hawkins and Associates, LLC, a limited liability corporation, in an amount not to exceed $300,000, to recruit family practice physicians for Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Health Centers (CCRMC), for the period from July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2016. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Hospital Enterprise Fund. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On June 17, 2014, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-350-14 with Merritt, Hawkins and Associates, LLC, to recruit family practice physicians at CCRMC, for the period from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. Approval of Contract #26-350-15 will allow Contractor to continue to recruit family practice physicians for CCRMC, through June 30, 2016. This contract includes modifications to the insurance provisions of the General Conditions of the County Standard form contract.
