RECEIVE this report concerning the final settlement of Kimberly R. Pyle-Gamble and AUTHORIZE payment from
the Workers' Compensation internal Service Fund in an amount not to exeed $80,000, less permanent disability
payments.

BACKGROUND:
Attorney Tom M. Hinton, defense counsel for the County, has advised the County Administrator that within
authorization an agreement has been reached settling the workers' compensation claim of Kimberly R. Pyle-Gamble
vs County of Contra Costa. The Board's July
