Pyle-Gamble and AUTHORIZE payment from the Workers' Compensation internal Service Fund in an amount not to exeed $80,000, less permanent disability payments. FISCAL IMPACT: Workers' Compensation Internal Service Fund payment of $80,000, less permanent disability payments. BACKGROUND: Attorney Tom M. Hinton, defense counsel for the County, has advised the County Administrator that within authorization an agreement has been reached settling the workers' compensation claim of Kimberly R. Pyle-Gamble vs County of Contra Costa. This action is taken so that the terms of this final settlement and the earlier July 7, 2015 closed session vote of this Board authorizing its negotiated settlement are known publicly.
