HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07212015 - C.03RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/244 ratifying the prior decision of the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Fred Jackson Way between Chesley Avenue and Market Avenue, on July 4, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m., for the purpose of a parade and 4th of July Festival, North Richmond area. (District I) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
