Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract
Amendment Agreement #23-564-1 with Soliant Health, Inc., a corporation, effective April 1, 2015, to amend
Contract #23-564, to increase the payment limit by $430,000, from $100,000 to a new payment limit of $530,000,
with no change in the original term of January 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This amendment is funded 100% by Hospital Enterprise Fund I. (No rate increase)
BACKGROUND:
In January 2015 the County Administrator approved and the Purchasing Services Manager executed Contract
#23-564 with Soliant Health, Inc. for provision of recruitment services for the Information Systems Unit of the Health
Services Department, for the period from January 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.
Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #23-564-1 will allow the Contractor to provide additional recruitment
services for the Health Services Department Information Systems Unit with no change in the term through June 30,
2016.
