Thayer, Ph.D., a self-employed individual, in an amount not to exceed $210,000, to provide neuropsychological and geropsychological testing services at Contra Costa Regional Medical and Contra Costs Health Centers for the period from June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2018 FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Hospital Enterprise Fund I. (Rate increase) BACKGROUND: In May, 2013 the County Administrator approved and the Purchasing Services Manager executed Contract #26-364-9 (as amended by Amendment Agreement #26-364-10) with Margaret A. Thayer, Ph.D., for the provision of neuropsychological and geropsychological testing services and group therapy sessions at Contra Costa Regional Medical and Contra Costa Health Centers, for the period from June 1, 2013 through May 31, 2015. Approval of Contract #26-364-11 will allow Contractor to continue providing neuropsychological and geropsychological testing services and group therapy sessions through May 31, 2018.
