FISCAL IMPACT: Revenue; 100% City of Concord. No net County cost. BACKGROUND: On April 17, 2008, the City of Concord began operation of a new Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system for all law enforcement activity. This Interagency Agreement will allow the Office of the Sheriff to provide CLETS access to the City of Concord via the Sheriff's Level II message switch. Board approval is required due to a change in the General Conditions section of this contract to include mutual indemnification. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The City of Concord would not have access to CLETS through the Sheriff's Office.
